Together with production partner Nick Moore, Alexei Lee (manager of Paul Arnold's Fat! Records) forms new House act - Badlands. The Badlands wonky, jump up / jackin House sound has already made an impact, with recent remixes out on Fat! & Sinister Recordings receiving attention from the likes of Lee Mortimer (Wearhouse), Andy George & Scott Cooper (Moda Residents), as well as a having a solid following in the Breaks community.
Alexei is no stranger to rocking a crowd, having played out under the Badlands moniker at Ministry Of Sound, Space (Ibiza) & The End in 2007 alone. 2008 sees Badlands invited back to the Red Room @ Space in July, as well as a 3rd appearance in August at Chew The Fat! London. With hotly anticipated original productions out in September and a host of remix offers on the table this new House act are due to explode....
