Paul has enjoyed equal success as a promoter, DJ, and label manager; everything he’s done reflects how tight his finger is on the pulse of contemporary music. On Paul’s arrival in London he established the capital’s first dedicated breakbeat night Breaking Point. This spawned Chew The Fat!, which Paul ran for six years ever week at The Bug Bar in Brixton. It remains the longest running breakbeat night in the world.

Since its move to The End in 2002, Chew The Fat! has established itself on the international stage with groundbreaking breakbeat parties in Ibiza 2004 and alongside his monthly sets at The End Paul currently holds residencies in Graz, Barcelona, Berlin, Georgia and the Far East. Not content with touring the globe, in 2006 Chew the Fat! also successfully hosted arenas at two of the UK' newest festivals the Electronic Gardens and the Bloom Festival, where DJing alongside Paul were A-list names such as the Plump DJs, Layo & Bushwacka! and Freq Nasty.
